i haven't baked in a long long while
but i've found my motivation this wkend *bigsillygrin*
(because i couldn't sleep for some strange reason..yours truly usually snoozes on sun afternoons...)
to make the best ever custard puffs!

and after some fattening up with custard in them :)

i've so ridiculously failed with choux pastry (thats the fancy name for the puff pastry) in the past.. might be abt 3-4 yrs ago??? so traumatised.. i had to throw out the whole batch cos it was FLAT flat.. deflated like balloons when i took them out.. that i never attempted them in a looong time.

and so.. i'm haaappy now! =)
