I hardly hardly blog about my hospital life.
but.
i think i shld start
hehs.
oh my immense horror..
i found i was the
only Geriatrics student on placement where i am!
mans.
and none at the other two other clinical schools too.
OH mans.
WHAT HAPPENED!! we usually go in pairs!!
so.. i'm gonna get special special attention. sighs.
I guess... the consolation that made up for it is..
out of my three superviors.. all of them seem nice
(well.. its the first day.. can't judge much yet)
and One is EXtREmely nice.
and so funny.
reading patient's notes..and she start telling me about her mom!
and she's the senior clinician.. and seems to know... !!!
like.. asking
me what LVF (left ventricular failure for the non meds out there) is?
oh mans.
its like asking a singaporean what "CMI" means.
i was looking at her in amazement.
like. hello! basic term?!
and happily skipping off to the resident doc to ask him another abbreviation.
She's so cute.
which reminds me.
the resident DOCTOR IS CUTE TOO!!!
hahahaha! FINALLY.
one CUTE doc. ok. Not BAD.
in one and a half years in hospital.. i've
never.. repeat NEVER met a cute AND very nice doc. And young. they are usually one of the three aforementioned characteristics. or if u are lucky, a maximum of 2.
but NOT 3!!!
he was so nice he was getting patient files for me!
a pathetic physio student!
And actually shaking my hand when we got introduced (they usually don't bother shaking hands.. with.. u know.. low class pple..)
ok.
i'm sure the 4th criteria of being available is not going to be fulfiled.
but its ok. i'm happy with 3.
asian guy.. with a Very Cute real aussie accent too!
and gonna see him for the nx 3 1/2 wks!
muhahahaaa....
